"180 Wishes"

The performance derives from a Spanish New Year's Eve custom. Whilst the clock strikes 12, 12 grapes are eaten. Each grape stands for one wish. Only if one manages to eat all the grapes will all one's wishes come true. In the performance "180 Wishes", this tradition is modified and also somewhat exaggerated, in that 8 kilos of grapes are eaten in 3 minutes.
