Nezaket Ekici is in a boat, paddling out to the open brazil see (São Vicente, Santos) She puts on her finest dress and high-heeled shoes. It seems as if this trip to the sea was planned, but it remains a secret. Overall, a touch of absurdity lies on the scence. Suddenly, she begins to move strangly, kicking her high-heels intentionally and strongly against the air filled rubber boat. It becomes clear quite fast, that she tries to sink the boat bringing herself into absolut danger. This performance presents the act of disappearence in the medium of water, bringing back life to where it came from in the beginning of time. The act of disappearence is something existential that rises the question of beeing in itself. The poetic view onto ones own life sometimes meets a special kind of melancholia that Goethe expressed in a unique way in his east west Divan, saying: "...finding oneself in eternity, the individual will not hesitate to disappear...".
